Palladium Mall Valet Parking Regulations

Palladium Mall, which relies on the trust of its customers, has always strived to uphold this valuable asset in the eyes of its clientele. In this regard, the Palladium Customer Club, while expressing gratitude for the continued support and loyalty of its regular customers, has launched Valet Parking as an enhanced service and a new step in customer centricity. This is intended to provide comfort and peace of mind for our esteemed customers while valuing their precious time. Therefore, the terms and conditions for using the valet parking service are as follows:

Use of the valet parking is initiated upon the customer’s request and requires completing and signing this agreement, after which a valet parking card will be issued.

Respected customers can either hand over their vehicle keys to the valet parking drivers for parking or personally park their vehicle in designated spots with the guidance of valet personnel.

If customers entrust parking their vehicle along with the keys to the designated drivers, the vehicle will be parked by the drivers in the specified location. If the customer wishes, the keys will be kept in a special secure place until their return. Otherwise, the keys will be returned to the customer. For the customers’ peace of mind, the vehicle will be photographed from all angles upon entry and at its parking spot using dedicated cameras. Otherwise, the switch will be delivered to the customer. In order to assure the customers, all the angles of the car will be photographed with dedicated cameras at the time of arrival and at the parking place.
After handing over the vehicle to the drivers, customers may request car wash or ancillary services (oil change, tire pressure check, etc.) if desired.

Vehicle retrieval is contingent upon presenting the key card. Therefore, please take care in safeguarding it. If, for any reason, the aforementioned card is lost, immediately inform the valet parking counter or call . The vehicle will be returned after verification of ownership.

• After presenting the switch card, the car will be delivered to the customer by the driver. Upon presentation of the key card, the vehicle will be returned to the customer by a driver. If the customer claims potential damage to the vehicle, this must be reported to the valet parking management before taking delivery of the car. Otherwise, accepting the vehicle signifies that no damage has occurred.

The valet parking service is provided solely to further honor customers and appreciate their loyalty. Palladium may, based on its capabilities (and with notification through official Palladium channels), make necessary changes to the definition, rules, conditions of use, or cancel the service.

If you have valuable items inside your vehicle, please remove them before exiting the vehicle and handing it over to the driver, and deposit them at the valet parking safekeeping area located on P1. It is understood that in case of loss of items inside the vehicle, liability is contingent upon proof of the loss claim.
